No, here's the formula you use...

[Join Date in Months] + [(Posts / 100) - # of Spam Infractions]

So if a person joined last year, and they have 1200 posts and 2 spam infractions...

[ 12 + [(1200/100) - 2]
12+12 -2
Their score is 22.
