Got Weed tells me this was supposed to be a 700m trade, can you confirm that?

traded him 500m and he stalled for a moneypak he gave the pak and it had 0.00 dolars on it (should of been 350.00) then i was gonna give him the other 100.00 worth of gp but he gave 0.00 moneypak.
