Requesting a High Pardon.

I really don't know what to say, my IP is dynamic I really have no control to whatever IP will I be using next time the modem turns off, even now my Ip has changed again, I'm using Globe Telecom, in our country there are only 3 Major ISP, GLOBE, SMART and PLDT, and all of these are dynamic. Only way I can get a static IP is if I'm a business owner.

If you guys will just believe me, I really have no intentions on harming or scamming nor ripping off someone or anyone. Even if you guys wont lift this ban you guys will still soon see that I will never touch those hard earned money they deserve. I'm saying this cuz I know I got banned being sketchy after I accepted Elenas .26 offer, Hell I even paid more than that from buying from gold sites and the worst part is theres nothing I can do when they decide not to give me the gold.

I was really excited when I got my rank seeing that this time I will never get scammed anymore, I even got to ignore my promise to moes to add more donations after I get my rank cuz I was too excited to get feedbacks and buy as much as I want.

If you guys give me a chance, I will never say offensive words nor talk crap to people. I will respect every single living thing registered in this website. I will donate dedicated private servers if that's ever needed, or webhosting plans, domain names for whatever purpose this site can gain with it, adverts or anything. Plus I promise to donate more. I swear.

And most Importantly I will never be a lowlife scumbag a ripoff nor a faker, I really swear it will never even come across to my thought.

But if you guys deny this, I would totally be heart brokened, cuz I really meant everything I said.

But whatever decision I will accept.
