Seriously? Ban Dispute. #2 - Explaining.

Firstly, I was scrolling through the Where did ___ go? Thread and saw that there was a discussion about me, somebody asked if there was a thread about my ban and the answer was "No, cosrob handled it himself" Not saying Cosrob isn't trusted, but I feel that even if Mods catch somone that they should have to at least post a thread with the evidence. There would have been no evidence on this site if I wouldn't have posted my dispute.

ANYWAY,
In my first dispute thread I think cosrob misunderstood some parts of my post. He posted a picture of me posting "[email protected]" on Sythe here then assumed that this meant I actually did have an MSN with @gmail.com that I made. I would first like to say that I never said that I didn't own [email protected], I said that I did not have an MSN for it, when I said that the hacker made and MSN with my gmail, I was implying that he hacked my gmail and not my hotmail and made an MSN with my gmail. You may be asking youself, then why did you post your Gmail on here? I actually meant to put my hotmail. I never has an MSN for my gmail until my hacker made it. I accidentally entered my email. I did this because I did not put MSN: before putting it. I almost always do this and it helps me remember which adress to put. Furthermore, cosrob posted my Smokin Mils account with the name "SinceWhen" and said that because the names matched I was a hacker. As i stated multiple times, the hacker was trying to impersonate me, his goal was to BE ME. He made the BugAbuse account he made reflect my SM account. Lastly, Dialatic posted a pic of me saying that I tried to phish by sending phish emails a while back. This was before I ever joined Sythe. Also, I do not mind making a "High Pardon Request" thread for this, yes, I admit to trying to phish a few years back. I was immature and only 11. I just looked up on Youtube how to phish and made a crappy phish link that never worked. I never got a single person, but I eventually matured and realized that it was stupid. BUT, I am posting this in the dispute forum because of the fact that I am still banned on account of me posting that thread on BugAbuse. I may admit to phishing a while back, but I will not admit to this. I did not do this. Plain and Simple. I am an sincere lad, as I said to Dialatic, If you guys would have caught me trying to phish 3 yrs ago, I would head straight for the High Pardon section and not worry, but you didn't, you banned me for something that was not my action. I would like for my reason of banning to be changed to what I actually did. I would also like for anything having to do with this BugAbuse thread to be dropped and forgotten because it is not me. If this happens, I will head to the High Pardon thread and request a pardon for the actions I actually did.

Going to go ahead and deny this.

Cosrob caught you, and the evidence against you is enough to keep you banned. That, plus you admitting to phishing is reason enough to keep you banned.

Feel free to post a high pardon if you decide to own up to your actions.

 

Just to note I put the evidence in the ban reason or if there's too much I put it in the staff lounge thread.
