    Got Scammed on paypal - Questions Inside
    Well i got scammed yesterday by a guy on the forum (Already banned)
    I bought league of legends account , paid the money AS PRODUCT
    and he just left.

    Do i will get my money back ?
    I got skype proofs of conversation , hes giving me the email etc and i did few questions to identify him.

    If he dosent come back will paypal gimme my money ?

    File a dispute, claiming you never received the goods. Update the OP with what happens next and I'll try and help further.

    I doubt giving proof via skype will do any good because you can't really prove directly that it is the owners.

    Also you can try doing what Sellerman said which works and if that doesn't calling up paypal usually helps too :D

    Filing a dispute would be favourable for you since pp does not support virtual trades. You have a high chance of winning.

    don't file an item not received dispute immediately but wait a week and then file a dispute.
    because then it looks more legit

    It's an account he just have to gimme Login and password , he can gimme then directly even can do it first. So i think i can fill the dispute instantly.

    No, don't dispute saying it was virtual goods because he will win. Leave it a few days and say you never received your package in the mail and they will ask him for a tracking number what he don't have.

    Because you sent the payment as a payment and not a gift, you have buyer protection, and are able to file a claim and get whatever you paid back.

    Chargeback the payment saying you never received the package you got. They'll ask the dude for a track&trace code which he wont have.
