Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) :

Wizzlehd is tied to those 3 banned accounts. I know IP audit isn't enough, but my additional reasoning is that it looks like @Exzib was banned on May 4, and @Wizzlehd joined on May 5.

Could be a strange coincidence, but seems a bit fishy.
