Explanation of the trade:Bought 520m for 1.50/m. I went first.
How they scammed:Continued to whine about the money not being release. When HIS account was not verified or he did NOT have any address, bank, or card on there. After you read the conversation I am going to provide below, I opened up a claim and dispute and then he had the balls to tell them he sent and delivered everything and he "rests his case" AFTER writing in the messages that he wanted me to send an additional $780 as a gift then he would refund me.

I asked for a refund several times and not even responding to ANY messages now. If an admin can PLEASE confirm this scam so I can please forward this to PP customer service, It would be much appreciative. I need the help to prove it was a scam!

Banned. Please be careful with who you send money to over the internet especially if they're offering you a rate lower than what trusted people are buying for. He could have sold his gold to a large gold trader for more than he offered you
