How they scammed: Emphasis on Precautionary Report, I don't think Yan/Yan's worker is scamming, but the lack of communication and ownership from Yan/ the 'manager' is frustrating, especially since we have done a decent amount of business in the past.

On Monday (14th Nov) afternoon, I sold Yanlili approx. 3.25b in exchange for $930 BTC. Yanlili was prompt to send the payment, but for an unknown reason sent this on an incredibly low fee (1.540 sat/B), my understanding is that this payment was sent from Blockchain, where you have the option to select the fee amount. It has since been a little over 3 days and the transaction remains unconfirmed. Whilst it looks like the BTC will hit my wallet in the next day or two, the worker on the account at the time was unaware of Sythe's rules regarding confirmation times and the responsibility of the difference in $ beyond 2 hours (Directly quoted below).

• In the absence of fee discussion, a maximum confirmation time is applied: 2 hours. You are responsible for the difference if the confirmation time exceeds 2 hours.

Reinforcement of this rule would be appreciated if it's applicable once the transaction confirms, currently it's -$22, but this has been fluctuating hard due to the recent volatility of BTC.

Hi @Yoshiki, the transaction was confirmed a few hours ago, it landed around ~$25 short which Yanlili has already sent across to me. Thank you for your time and help, I believe this report can now be closed.
