    Proof of paypal address: I just told him my msn and he sent me the money.

    Additional Details: Sold him a $15 AUD iTunes giftcard for $12 USD and shortly after the trade he started to charge back the money. Also look at the timing of the vouch

    It's clear what the user did; I'd like to see him banned.
