Ban/Scam/Terrible service from Ananfaw's worker and he should be liable.

Okay it's hard to explain scam's i've been in this situation before so I'll try explain my best for somebody reading it.

I visitted Ananfaw's thread on the services, and had a read through and thought I'd have a look see.



Here is everything his thread states. You can view it yourselves here.

It clearly states that the ways to purchase a server are to contact his service through either skype or discord, so I did, I joined the discord server. Unfortuantly the messages from "Scythe Plox" have since been deleted since I have messaged ananfaw.

Anyhow, I bought a service of someboyd in his chat called Scythe Plox, he has a worker tag and orders workers to pay 150m deposit so i thought this was fine.

I messages AFW and let him be aware that he is liable if anything goes wrong as I've accepted an order from one of his designated workers. (I think if you're running a discord, it's exactly like running a website in a sense, you do not appoint members of a work team and let them be just anybody, you are holding responosbility for them)

He then told me that I had to message him before a sale was made, which wasn't stated in his thread or discord.

Note - Since all of this has arrisen, he has since changed his discord description and deleted messages of "Scythe Plox" and AFW conversating about service they have ongoing and openly talking about servers.

6 hours later my skills have barely increased.. I got him to do the server because I was going to be at work and wanted to come home to my stats all ready. But no - I'm banned.

I hold Ananfaw responisble as it is one of his designated workers & When he told me to change the password, but then said actually no take the wealth of the account and let him carry on that holds him completely liable by mouth.

I think Ananfaw is completely responsible for this through negligence within his discord chat and I want him either banned, or alternatively I will be compensated for the value of the account and its bank + a TWC next to his name user bar.

as he said his value 30m i asked to change pass and then i told him to take the value instand since he already paid to him GIVED HIM A TIP.

i said if there is anything going wrong i will give him what he has paid for the service (10M)

anyway i am saying here back what i can give back for scythe victom is the 10m he paid for the service since it was in my discord channel.. nothing else

you guys can see my vouches also i am having service and they all are good since they pm me not a worker ..

 

I didn't tip the worker, I left extra money on the account to pay for supplies.

I also left his payment on the account

Other items of value - Void and many other untradables.

You using my screenshots for evidence clearly doesn't help prove anything.

This is going to be a he said she said situation, we shall we what a staff member thinks from their prospective.


ALSO - Note to staff, the first message in his response (The first photo on his post) was NOT said BEFORE his second photo in his post.

I told him I had ordered from a worker in his channel then he told me his "rules" where he has never stated them.

I wish to be compensated for the value of the account untradables and payment.

also i have asked to see a bank value but never sent.. so i cant know what you had there, you can say that you have untradable worth of 100m also, thats why i am saying i will refund what you has told me in pms (10m service that you paid)

 

I'm not accusing the worker of stealing my account though am I. I'm accusing your lack of negligence costing my my account getting banned. You deserve to be punished & I deserve to be compensated.

Lets stop arguing between eachother we could do that on skype if your soul desires. Lets wait for a staff member to give their feedback themselves and we'll take it from there.

Please also note staff members AFW has sincef deleted all messages in his service chat dating back to before the incident and conversation with me and Scythe Plox in the service chat

 

All messages are still on my discord nothing has been deleted or changed.
Scythe messages was delete from sythe server because he was kicked off since he took order that i didnt know about..
Its my right to kick anyone from the server since its mine..

 

@J Bear I have no doubt this happened, however can you include a screenshot of the account in question being banned.
