Need Mods Opinion

Introduction
I was MMing a trade for two fellow sythe members, but an unfortunate event occured, and I would like A couple Mod's Opinions. The buyer, traded me the gold(70m), and In pm the Seller said he had given the information, but the seller says he had not gotten it. Both were asking for the money, but currently it's still with me. So i've came up with a resolution, for the seller to recover the account, if he had actually transfered the account, or if he hadn't transfered it. Then I would give the money back to the buyer.The seller tried to recover the account, and I asked for alternate means of trying to recover the account, as the IP the seller with the account wasn't the same as the original, but then he declined to recover the account. So now I've come to report this and ask for a Mod's Opinion. I was originally going to ask him to tell me information, but buyer told information already to seller, before I could say anything

Who has the registered email on the account? You can find out by submitting a recovery request (don't actually fully submit it, just pull one open)

 

Consider this trade void, seller needs to recover account and after he does so, please return the gp to the buyer
