Got scammed by DayZArmsDealer

I was buying a $200 amazon gc for 75%. After not being able to find a "agreeable mediator" I went first with $75, after he confirmed the payment ( he requested that it was not a gift so there would be buyer protection ) he logged off. I filed a paypal dispute. here is what he stated

You arent willing to go first so there is no point going any further. The way i accept payments gives the buyer the upmost protection so they can get the money back if its needed.
Id rarther hold onto the code then give it to anyone first.

Thanks for posting here. Can you reupload those last two screenshots to www.imgur.com? Also, we would greatly appreciate your help with the proof that you paid him on Paypal. This can be shown with a screenshot of the payment to him in your transaction history (click Details), and the connection to his Paypal email (he probably stated it on Skype).

• Proof that the Skype Profile ID you were speaking with was DayZArmsDealer (did he PM you that Skype ID?)
• Chat screenshots that include his Paypal email

The Skype IP matches, and he's also evading a ban from a previous sythe.org account. I'm extremely sorry for your loss Steam.
