First of all i've know i've have a DNT from the past and i'm already "requested for a pardon" cause at the end i'm innocent, but already refunded the guy, but i've was so proud in the past, cause i've was and i'm innocent and most important i'm NOT a scammer, and during this time, i've always been selling and buying stuff without any problem outside sythe to alot of this trusted sellers of the community like limiq, peanut69, enj100, bozzman, rasmus, akuma, apollo and way tons others of trusted sellers, my discord (Xavier#7389) and us can confirm it at the report, you could ask them how many trades we did, since with all respect i've got the unfair DNT, but i've was so proud and didn't wanted to refund cause it wasn't my fault at all, but the past is the past, already refunded "searchy" and i'm already trying to resolve and requested for a pardon, but i've did tons of trades meanwhile outside sythe.

But going back to this report, i'm not sure if i've got the rights to report "strawsombrero" (RsGoldHut) with this DNT, but even with this DNT im a part of this community and never scammed anyone, the thing is i've sold him 4T spawnpk and because his bad managment of the trade as MM plus it found the buyer/customer of the gp, we ended with a ban and a loss.

Amount scammed: It wasn't a scam, but his bad managment of the trade and MM of his buy/sell service ended me with a ban and already told this him nicely and best thing we could do was make a report so us can go into a jugdement, this ended with my loss of around 8.5T that was equal to around (400-500M 07 gp)left i've had on account to sale plus my main account.

Explanation of the trade:
Well i've was trying to sell my spawnpk that was legaly made myself, so i've asked to a few re-sellers, even i've sold to peanut69 a few hours ago before a few trills without any problem, so "strawsombrero" found a buyer for mine 4T for 43M 07 x trill, total of 252M 07, the trade was literally via duel staking till his "buyer" reachs the 4T, i've always tell to everyone of this "re-sellers" that they need tell their "buyers" that they need to have an equal amount to start the duel-trades, i've know there is always a risk of ban and i've know their tos that they aren't responsable of any bans during or after the trade, the thing is, the main reason i've got banned was his bad managment as MM.

1) I've told him that his buyer needed to have something valuable or equal amount to start staking before i've agree in do the trade.



2) So after we agree that was gonna do 200b at start or so, "Strawsombrero" said do 200B against random items. (At this time didn't know with random items he means junk, though was random but valuable/equal for a safe trade)



3)So he tells me go to duel arena to meet his "buyer/customer", so after i've go to duel arena his customer literally in a second sends me duel (instead of tell his customer to wait a min, say duel 200b or something), so after his customer sends me duel, the guy placed bandos armor that literally is junk around 100M against my 200b as start, at this point i've didn't wanted to do it, cause that's what literally doing 200b against NOTHING, but at that point didn't know what to do because his customer already had my username and all info leaked, so if i've would decline to do the trade in that moment, i've could never know how his customer would react, ask for a refund and report me, cause he had all my info.

4) so after we did 200B against that shit cause i've was somehow "forced" cause my info was already leaked to his customer then we did 400b, then 800b, then i've lost one, then we did last one then last one for 2t vs 2t, and after 7 mins we get jailed by an staff.

5) His customer was hella dumb with all respect, he was new and still he was equipping the junk of bandos with 4T on his inventory, telling stupid reason with 0 logic to staff

6) But Btw based on how many times i've sold in the past this never would happen if the guy had around 200b in items in first place, and when "Strawsombrero" said random items, i've though it was something "random" but valuable or equal to match the duels at start not junk that was literally NOTHING, was like do 200b against NOTHING, and that's where he failed as MM/buyer cause he was taking a % of my gp sold to his customer, so he should ask what items they was, since he was a trusted re-seller i've put my faith on him that he know what he was doing in first place, cause i've asked him before start that the guy needed "something" to make a safe trade for both, so with all respect cause his bad managment and MM of the trade, i've ended my 2 accounts (the one used for stake) and my main, losing 8.5T spawnpk, that 8.5T is literally around (400-500m 07) that was in sale

7) I've know they aren't responsable about bans during or after the trade.

But the true is that i've couldn't deny to do the trade cause all my info was already leaked so i've would never know how his customer would react or even if report me.

There is no way to know that this caused the ban, bans are unpredictable in RSPS.
