Explanation of the trade: 7500 gold for Aura Kingdom for $34.21
How they scammed: I was told there was gold in stock to fill my order before making it, but upon making the purchase I was told by live support that there was a sudden increase in demand for gold on my server which prevented them from filling my order. I was initially told it would take 5-15 minutes for delivery, then 2 hours, then 12 hours, then 24 hours. It's currently been 2 and a half days since I made the order and usfine/lily-usfineseller has been claiming that I would receive my gold within hours for the whole time. I was also told that if I didn't receive my order within 24 hours, I could request a refund (the site says 30 minutes). But then, after 24 hours had passed, live support told me that I have to wait an additional 10 hours. They are refusing to refund my purchase, with the excuse that I will receive my gold by the end of the day, every day.

My theory is that they legitimately sell RS gold since they can purchase a supply of it to sell back to users, but they will scam any purchase for the smaller games they can't support gold selling for.

Sythe PM picture: Not necessary, purchase was done through the site he represents, usfine.com, and he has proven his legitimacy by talking of my order (mentions the character name I submitted in the order form) without informing him of any details, thus proving he has access to usfine.com orders.

I purchased 7500 gold with the promise that the gold was in stock and ready to be sent out, only to be told the demand is too high and it was sold out. I was promised a 2 hour wait, then a 12 hour wait, then a 24 hour wait with a guarantee of a refund. Needless to say it's been WELL over 24 hours and I still can't get my refund, they end the support chat with me when I ask for it.

Do NOT order from this seller, usfine will scam you for your money no matter how small the order is!
