Anything other than personal payments?

PayPal just made my account to where I can't send/receive personal payments. I tried sending a goods payment for $1 and it was .33 fee out of the dollar to receive it on the other account. I am obviously not going to be doing that. Is there anything else with PayPal that I can do? I'm withdrawing my funds at the moment, but I'd like to be able to do something with PayPal for payments. Accepting payments isn't really a big deal, I'll just use Player Auctions, but I can't just send goods every time. Any help is greatly appreciated.
