got reported for botting today

so went away afk for like one hour
i was powerfishing at barbarian spot
2 assholes reported me
edit: assholes told me we reported you
now what to do ???

edit: left the bot today powerfishing for 2 hours 2 people were talking around me i am not 100% sure they reported me like the first 2 assholes but there is a chance

I was using simba/scar


edit: 2 weeks passed no ban i am 100% i got reported and failed soo many randoms only one thing left to say VIVA LA SIMBA!!!!

I'm sory allen, i diden't notice it because i've never hear of these clients.

So many have people said they've reported me for botting, never once received a ban. I don't use that bot client, but I really wouldn't worry.

 

botting then getting word they reported you, then legiting just makes it look like you was botting, bad advice imho.

 

This makes sense Delta, but what would you suggest then for the OP?

I think the only thing you can really do is to just go about your business as if nothing happened. Don't stop playing suddenly or do anything that could make you look "suspicious", just go about your days on RS normally except do everything legitimately. Do a few quests like somebody suggested, fish some more etc. and just hope that they don't ban your ass.

Whenever someone would report me I would take a break for about a week or so, and log in a few times JUST to talk with friends to let the suspicion die down.

That was before the bot nuke though, I'm not too sure on their procedures now.
