Got hacked on OSRS but saw the username..

So, my account got hacked on OSRS and I lost a bit. I told a friend of mine that someone is logged on to my account and they found it in W318 trading an account with the username S W OR D. Does anyone know what I could do to go about this?

I'd try getting a hold of a jmod however doubt anything would be done

Best bet is to contact jagex to see if they will investigate it but as you are just another player I highly doubt anything will be done.

 

Honestly pointless to try anything. Jagex support for issues like this is awful unless you're a streamer or youtuber with a MASSIVE fanbase.

 

Yeah like most have said you could possibly tweet jagex. Also you could search the username on google, see if it ties into any other sites and then go from there. However even if you found his other accounts and what not..the chances of recovering the lost gold are almost 0. If you haven't already, put 2 factor auth on your account.

 

I guess you can ask a JMOD to do something but I am pretty sure there is nothing they can do, make your account more secure and gl on rebuild.
