    WRONGLY BANNED CAN I GET AN ANSWER (Zippy Accounts)
    I was banned and it says to dispute from your home Ip. I'm home. I was using a VPN at the time of posting on my account because Jagex's servers were shit. Can someone please remove my accounts ban.
