Got banned (attempt 1)

[UnrigesteredDr_Dragonoid]

My account got banned for scamming on a service. I have agreed that I didn't finish the service. I can payback the user whatever I owe him. I had quit playing runescape a while back due to real life reasons. Therefore I couldn't pay him back then.

Go ahead and refund the user and once you've done so post a pardon here -
