Weezy. scammed me, please take action.

Briefly explain the trade: I was selling 30M RSGP for LR and BTC here http://sythe.org/showthread.php?p=9558411 .

How they scammed: I agreed to go first as he had vouches, after he took the gold he logged out and stopped answering me on MSN.

Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: I asked him to send me a PM (see the chat log).

Now this guy scammed me yesterday, and since then he is active in this forum, he read my scam report, he read the PM I sent him, yet he is not making an explanation, don't you think this is enough proof? And if you look at my sale thread's deleted posts, you will see that he deleted his post there. Now why would he do that?

If you think this isn't enough proof then tell me what is and I'll try to get it. But if you insist on locking this thread without meaningful explanations or prove to be uncooperative in solving this problem I'll file a fraud complaint with IC3 not only against this member but also against sythe.org because of protecting this guy and making it impossible for me to reach him.

I think what you should do here is to invite this guy here and give him a chance to defend himself or pay me if he admits there was a misunderstanding.

 

This member still has my 30M. Could a moderator at least PM him and ask him for an explanation about this?

 

The post in your thread wasn't deleted by Wheezy, it was deleted by a moderator by accident when he deleted your accusations (as is routine when not enough proof is supplied).
