The government targeting stoners (again)

Well I don't know if the sythe community is aware or not, but the US fed is starting to reignite it's war on drugs in California, and more specifically, marijuana.

Not too long after Obama became president, he issued a statement declaring that he would like to halt the targeting of such collective operations as, dispensaries, clinics,collectives,grows, and in-general organized and licensed Cannabis growing in California, as well as other states that recognize their citizens rights to medical cannabis.

Now, in 2011, these highly organized collective efforts are being targeted by the federal government, and are sure enough, SHUTTING DOWN because of threats to their legality.

I would just like to get some opinions on this f*cking b**lshit.

They're gonna start busting people if they need money..

If they didn't need money they wouldn't bust people.

Im not saying its right, i disagree i feel if a person has legal rights to grow and sell cannabis for the medical use , they should be allowed to do that freely.

 

This news is weeks old, lol.

 

There is nothing new about this anyone who has their card should know that while not against the law in your county\state IT IS illegal by federal law, which trumps your state law obviously.

They have already been doing these things to michigan practically since we got the law passed. It's going to be a long long road ahead I'd just kick back and watch the drama fly because neither side will ever give up.

 

Well of course. I bet Obama got most of his campaigning money from fucking drug companies.

Also-- the war on drugs costs the country money, so next time you wanna flaunt the supremacy clause, which trumps state law by federal, remember that our founding fathers DID NOT ALL AGREE that this should be so. State's know their citizens better then the fed's, and are usually less corrupt. Some guy in DC shouldn't have the power to say whether or not I can use an herb grown in my backyard. GOD SAYS ITS OKAY, WHAT THE F*CK OBAMA

 

Bottom line is it's still illegal for people to smoke weed. Quit thinking you're above the law and can sell legally, make food out of it, or whatever you want to do. Sit the fuck down and wait for the law to get changed like everyone else.
