    My internet keeps going out for about an hour each time, I called a few of my friends and they said theirs was out too.. I think it might just be time warner cable but idk. Is this happening to anyone else?

    I doubt anything will be down to the SOPA business, it's probably just something to do with your DNS. I wouldn't worry about it.
