If he is, he will be using proxy because that's what the first scammer used.

Why you think they are ban evading:
Stanford "bought" a DN UC RG cybunny and later was selling it. (they were both the same people). Now aerostrophe is selling a DN UC RG cybunny and claiming that he will not send first.
aerostrophe only just created his account on the 11th of March, and is already a member, even though he never had successful trades yet

Underneath, Orasion said that he paied for the DN UC rg cybunny and aerostrophe hasn't sent it yet.

on the board, aerostrophe says
"i want *anywhere* between 80-120 for the kougra"
No real seller will be that loose with the price

He "suspects" me on a new account. I mean, if he wasn't a previous scammer, he won't even know me! I've been a member since may 2011, so im not new either
