Road to MAX - Goldenstate

Sup guys.
A bit about me first, I've been playing on and off since 2007, didn't play much in my final years of school. I'm now at university living in Australia, and I often find myself with a few hours to kill each day and love the game we call RuneScape
I aim to max in about a year. I only get a few hours a day, and I'll miss at least 3 months within the next year due to exams and work, but anyways enjoy my progress thread, thanks for reading



START: 24th July 2014.


My basic setup for slayer/combat:
-Just a couple of drygores to slay through anything & everything, along with a twisted bird skull necklace which converts all my bonecrusher xp into prayer points so I don't need to bring food ever on tasks.

Short term SKILL goals
-83/88 Summoning: will be doing this simultaneously with slayer and combat. My charming imp I acquired through dungeoneering makes this a tonne easier.
-80/90 Slayer: getting to 90 slayer should max my final melee skills and get me a lot of charms also for summoning.
-92/99 Attack: via Slayer.
-94/99 Strength: via Slayer.
-76/90 Smithing: need 90 smithing to create Superior Tetsu Armour in Player Owned Ports which I'm currently doing. This armour will make it easy for me to camp Frost Dragons when I need bones to 99 prayer and also to fund my goals.

Short term ITEM goals
-Strong/Mighty Slayer Helmet: almost at the best slayer helmet in the game, will help a lot with slayer/combat when I upgrade.
-Full Superior Tetsu Armour: best tanking armour in the game will come in handy when camping frostys/higher leveled slayer tasks etc.
