Good stuff to alch

Hi im trying to get from 94 mage to 99 by alching. What do you think is the best thing to alch? I dont want to lose too much money and if I would gain money, that would be great! I am a member

This website shows the prices of things to alch, just remember the ones you profit on are usualy the ones you can only get 100 of in 4 hours or whatever the limit is.
