I need an RS2 appeal!!

Okay this account was banned two years ago, and I just recoverd his account.
Now it says m 10.0 black marks and I broke 1 rule which was RWT i belive.
It says its a appealable.
So If anyone can, could you please give me like an appeal that has never failed you, if it does work the account has over 500k, I belive, and is willing to give an item 500k+ if the appeal works (and a vouch).
