    Good recording software?
    I need a good free recording software, possibly that has a free 30 day thingy, besides camtasia, that can record people from skype and my voice.
    Thanks in advance.
    I'd need to record for like 5-10 minutes.

    Fraps definitely. Only thing is that it'll lag if you don't have a second hard drive to record to. There are ways of getting it for free that I'm sure you already know.

    Good recording software?
    Just to suggest something that isn't the norm, when I made amateur RS vids back in the day I used this, it's not bad, but it's not great either. It is free forever, though. Of course there's a buyable version, but the free one was fine for me.

    I'd go with FRAPS as well, seems like the best free software out there.
