    Good Question!

Can you put a homeless man under house arrest?

Also if your homeless why not puposely go to jail? They feed you, you get clothes, you get a place to sleep, and you have shelter?

I have always wondered please state any opinion you have of this:p

    Good Question!

BAHAHAHAHAHAH! My lord, this is an amazing question!

    On to seriousness:

I don't believe you can. If he has nowhere in which he is residing, how can you place him under house arrest?

    Good Question!

It is quite puzzling. Though I'm sure they'd end up placing them in jail, or giving them probation.

    Good Question!

No, it isn't possible if they don't have a house. They would probably be held in some facility.
Yeah, you get clothes and a place to sleep, but you lose all your freedom. I would have nothing and be free rather than have a few things and not be.

    Good Question!

Would you rather live in a cardboard box and get free money or get raped to shit in prison?

I'ld say they would have somewhere to put them, they would have to.

    Good Question!

That's not true, Many people who go to prison do not get butt raped.

    Good question tho:

I came up with they would probably put them under house arrest at a homeless sheltyer

    Good Question!

I'm not sure about the house arrest, I believe if you're homeless you just get time.

& Jail is hell, and honestly homeless people typically make enough from asking for change etc to live, they easily make over $1000 a month, and some make over $5000 a month. There's been studies to confirm this etc.

Also, 95%+ are addicted to a higher level drug, which is why the would not want to go to jail, as they have friends who are also homeless, and they can provide food/shelter etc for themselves, and still have their fix of drugs .

[My friends work blocks etc, I know the system, all the downtown homeless people regularly buy different types of drugs, I've spoken with many and they all enjoy their life ]

    Good Question!

well idk about the drug part maybe you are right but they are usually alcholics. And the sad thing is that most of them are very smart and had very high paying jobs before but the alcahol took over and they lost all their money.

    Good Question!

sometimes there is when the visitors come they sometimes bring them drugs to either sell or do real fast.

But also there was a movie out about a girl that was homeless she was under 18 but was extremely smart. Got accepted into some school and did fantastic on her 18th birthday she admitted to being homeless because then it wasnt illegal i guess. She got a full scholarship to harvard and i forget what she became it was a true story i forget what the movie was called but she was homeless almost all her life basically.

    Good Question!

Actually, a lot of homeless people are either war veterans who have troubles fitting back into society, people who are disabled and have problems getting jobs or cannot get a job, lazy people, alcoholics and drug addicts.
