How to properly GP flip?

Hello, im looking for some advice as to how i can properly filp gold in runescape. I have a decent ammount of cash to startup with, but there are so many chargebacker's out there. How can i ensure that I am not going to get a chargeback? I have never used any other methods besides paypal, and i know that is one of the worst methods to use, but some people cant use any other methods.

here are my questions:

-If i use paypal, what buyer information should i ask for?
-to make a profit, what price per gp should i try and get?
-How much do western union fee's usually cost, and how long until the money is delievered?

 

Use PA if you want to avoid charge backs, or a verified paypal. Buy gp .39c-41c and sell around .50-.60c
