Lunar Skins

Is it true that all those skins will be permanent in the store (Past and new) except for the riven and trynd skins? Because if you go to limited availability under the store skins tab, it only shows those 2.
And, what does it mean by, "Note: All the wards and icons in the Year of the Goat, Horse, and Snake bundles are 99% off thanks to Jinx’s wanton disregard for… stuff." I can buy a 975 skin for like 10 RP?

 

I think they only last for the lunar period, usually a few weeks...

 

Not sure if you got the answer you wanted already, but as LS wrote these legacy skins are only coming back for a short period of time. They are not permanent. There's a description of the date near the top of the post. As for your second question, it is only regarding "wards" and "icons" in the shop--not skins.

Hmm, that's a good question lol. I can't really say for certain but my guess is that you can only buy the skins from bundle packs--in which if you have some already the bundle packs become cheaper in RP. They might not be releasing the older legacy skins for sale individually. However, if you get gifted you have a higher chance of getting a lunar revel skin.

EDIT: Regarding the wards and icons, there's a comment down below on the page that talks about the price of the wards and icons. It's most likely referring to the bundles as well. However about the skins, looking at the post there doesn't seem to be individual prices listed for the legacy skins--so that would make sense if they're not being released individually.
