The Logitech G9X features weights in it. I personally use them all the time, some people prefer a lighter mouse, while others a more heavier mouse.

Uhh around $50 - $100, though you can normally find it cheaper on places like Amazon and such. Logitech.com always knock the price up a bit.

I've had nothing but great luck with Logitech gaming mice. They last forever, simply put. Broken too many razer mice to ever go back....

I've had my Razer DeathAdder for over a year and I'm totally satisfied. I bought it for $49.99 CAD on sale if I remember right and I've never had any troubles with it.

Also, there's a similar company to Razer that's not really known/popular yet. It's called Mionix.

Try taking a look at Razer E-Blue. Has about 11 buttons.

Got my Deathadder over a year ago and I love it. I don't really have any need for 10 buttons on my mouse, the two extras on the deathadder serve me perfectly. I honestly thing at ~$50 you're not going to find a better deal.
