    Training/Moneymaking Help

I take it your training range? If you are then your probably mistaken the Tzaar Area for the fight caves. The city itself is a very useful place to train range as the various monsters their (level 120+) can be ranged from behind obstacles such as rocks and craters. They also drop obsidian items which can be worth alot in value to sell. The place is located under Karamja Volcano, all you have to do is either catch a boat from Port Sarim and walk west until you hit the volcano or teleport to karamja using the amulet of glory. Once at the volcano you should see a huge exclamation marck, just climp down the crevice and walk east to another cave. Once inside, the highlevel monsters are non-aggresive, meaning they wont attack you unless you attack them first. Make sure you prepare yourself beforehand, making sure you have some food in you inventory just incase you get hit. Their is a bank inside the city which you can use to bank your items or et out more food. The best suggested method is to wear the best range attack bonus armour you can and use a rune crossbow with broad-tipped bolts. This can all be bought from the Grand Exchange.

If this doesnt help you much try searching on youtube for Tzaar Range training guide. You may get alot of results.

    Hope this helps :)

P.S and from that picture you posted... please dont wear that helm and boots. Snakeskin boots are highly recommended and its best to wear a coif rather than a helmet as helmets lower you range attack bonus.

Or, perhaps they were talking about Fight Caves. Since you don't die in Fight Caves, people will often go there to train. The monsters auto-attack you, so you can easily AFK.
