Good High-Level Lures? (120+ CB)

Just looking for some good high level lures that can be used.. I don't have veng or ice barrage but I do have max melee, claws, and blitz.

I assume the basic idea of the scam is to talk people into your clan war (not safe) and act like you're going to kick ass then no one helps them and they die.
