    How i start using C++? Does it require an program? if not,i safe it like .cplusplus?

    Find a nice text editor (I recommend Emacs (Click the word)), and a compiler like g++ (Click the word).

    C++ error messages are notoriously unhelpful, but you can always copy/paste them into a google search to try and find the nature of your problem.
