Conner_rim123 scammed me and wed

Scammed me 38 bucks and at the same time scammed some other guy called wed for like 20b as well, the user went offline on skype claiming that he was "going to his brothers to get details for a mule he made there". Said he would be less than 15 minutes, blocked me and this wed person on skype.

Also I know for a fact he is gone, because about 10 minutes ago he was on his thread viewing it, and was online on sythe, now he is offline on sythe, yet still offline on skype.

I have the chat-logs, i can get pictures of my payments sent to him, he gave me a confirmation PM to my inbox confirming it was him on skype.

In the chat logs I also made him re-verify his paypal e-mail.

Scammed me for 20b, and another person for 20b.

Please let me know what necessary pictures/proof you need to get this scum banned.
