Explanation of the trade:
I bought skilling services from the server startyourironman with kindlex as its owner listed above. The order total value was about 2000m osrs gp with start around December 2020. After I completed the payment of the order I was assigned a worker who have been working on the order ever since with parts of the order completed. 2021-11-27 the worker who was assigned left the server without finishing my order and the progress stopped. The order has yet to be finished and no new worked have been assigned to complete my order.

How they scammed:
The order has yet to be completed.

Hey, sure, just to add a bit more context, I asked Mr Snusanton to Open the report as I really didn't know how to proceed on this, since I believe this issue is not my fault, If I'm liable for something I will take care of it for sure tho:

1. This order was made in 2020 in which, StartYourIronman (AKA ChinaNumbaWon) was still the owner of StartYourIronman Server, As I explained to Zora, the server was Handed to me 1 year ago (This is all already talked).
   
   
2. This order was taken by Naturalista, an employee (and Admin) that we still had at that time (2020) in the server, however He did quit and said goodbye to everyone here. Snusanton told me He was still doing the job tho, so I didn't pay more attention to it Proof here.
   
   
3. There was no TOS agreed to as the order was completely handed by Naturalista and He didn't ask him to agree to it, nor did we have the bot msg popping up when a ticket is opened that states that they accept it so...

I don't know wheter Snusanton was talking to naturalista through PMs or not, I did ask him to talk anything in the tickets with him.

 

so, Just to make sure, it doesn't matter wheter I was the owner at that time or not, it also doesn't matter that I really don't have anything to do with the service itself since I didn't even talk to Snusanton but a few weeks ago.

Nothing of this matters, I just have to refund him or do the service anyway?

If so, please Do tell me why, I'd like an explanation so I now what I can or cannot do in the future, thanks.
