Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) doesnt seem like a coincidence that there is 4 banned members on his ipaudit and that his ip matched 3 times with deadman ge. perhaps admins could look into the emails he uses on his current acc & alts see if theyre similar etc.
