Report of Ban: Golden Gates Scammer

Proof of Repayment Attempt: I tried to repay and got assistance of staff as well but couldn't return the $3.50 to the person I scammed (got banned) or the person directly related to him (didn't respond). I had full intentions of paying it off.

Other ban reasons: Over the course of 6 years I ban evaded about 3 times (SirRan, Airguys, Battimanz) however since my last pardon (over a year and a half ago now) I have not evaded or done anything against Sythe rules. I simply want to put this all behind me and use Sythe for it's intended purposes.

Detailed Description:

I'm going to copy paste most of this from my previous pardon because nothing has changed and I feel it expressed it well.

"So this is way back when I was about 12-13 y/o, I am now 18. For sure it's been at least 4 years since my ban. I was buying and selling pins (back when they were allowed) for $3.25 and $3.50 respectively. I did this four or five times until I had this great idea of taking a pin and using it for myself and saying it does not work to my supplier (Discovery Ch., a fairly trusted user back then).

I have submitted 3 or 4 other pardons before (been over a year since last one) and first one got a few supports and then denied, second got enough supports but ended up getting closed after 2 weeks for a reason I don't know of, third one got all supports (like 7) including one from FireZ (the admin who banned me) I think, need confirmation on this and it again got closed.

So this is my latest pardon saying I'm sorry for the small inconvenience I caused but I feel like you should take into account my age and how young/long ago it was. "

Since then I've held numerous staff positions in Powerbot, OSBot, Dreambot (helped start it) and premium scripter positions in all them as well. As well as an easy 100+ positive feedback as well. Sythe is a valuable place to trade and would really love being able to use it again as I miss out on quite a bit.

We recently created a community repayment fund for situations like this where the original scam victim is unable to be contacted for a refund. You will need to provide an equivalent of what was scammed to me or another staff member to put towards the above thread - once that is done your pardon can proceed as normal.
