Why you think they are ban evading:

So obviously heeatz is banned as we all know for 3 days this is why i'm extremely skeptical about it however, Heeatz skilling service which can be found here http://www.sythe.org/skill-training...al-services-skilling-quests-more-rsgp-pp.html

They're an extremely prestigious group of people and I myself wouldn't want a newcomer with no credentials what so ever, he may be a friend of Heaatz and I may have got all this wrong, but yeah..

 

He's heeatz's brother, although it seems like heeatz is using his brother to evade his temp ban, so I'm temping the brother too
