Safari king - ban?

I was banned i didn’t scam anyone i was to recieve vouch for a sale i did and he said i was banned I went and saw a thread of me tagged with kyle seren and saw it was because a ip address was used by same people? I use sometimes phone 4g internet maybe it triggered something and logged on different ip people use? but why is i banned then for that? I can show staff my whole home ip network address even and picture me in the house with my network ip address? Why would i be banned if i was used with an other ip address than my home?
