Golden Scythe account discussions

Hello!
As some of you may know, 25 lucky people at Runefest (only 25) got an item named the "Golden Scythe." (15-16-129-63323315 is the QFC on the RSOF that proves this)

My questions are:
1. How many of the Golden Scythers will sell their accounts?
2. How much will each be worth (especially considering their accounts are probably quite good anyway, as anyone who is invested enough in RS to come to RuneFest has a good account probably)?
-Maybe a better way to phrase this question is, how much will the Golden Scythe ADD to the value of that account?
