rayno23 owes me an acc's recovers and i suspect is trying to scam me

so a while back i bought rayno23's account

then i ask him to send me recovers and or recover when the account was scammed off me by the mm "greenlights" who is now banned.

he did not give me recovers when i bought his account because he was on his phone. he now is not responding to my pm's nor is he sending over any recovery details or a new password. he only responded once saying stop spamming me.
