What happened: This guy was interested in buying my account, He told me he wanted my login details before handing over any sort of money which I declined, He told me he would use a middleman which is obviously fair so I agree'd, He brought in [rsc,trade] to a skype conversation in which he claimed to be Delag, When I asked him to log in and give me a simple PM, The 'MM' declined as he had to be 'quick about the trade' at this point I thought something was definitely up, No MM would ever decline a PM, I refused to use that 'MM' and asked for one from Sythe as to when he declined the whole trade altogether and deleted me from skype.

Not entirely sure what the user who created that report is reporting him for, but I thought i'd add that neither of his sythe profiles have any MMing threads yet his skype display name itself says 'Trusted Sythe MM' (and still does if you search his skype username kiingzzh)
