Buying Visa Gift Card with $2/ to verify pp

Hey i am buying a VGC to verify my pp which currently has no way of sending money. I am paying up to $10 for it but only prob will be i cannot go first since money cant be sent to account sending limit is raised. If anyone can sell me one/help me out i would appreciate it greatly
