And if you do, they can sue/get their money back.
It's simple precautions that they are doing.

and what explains as to why they wont do my fire cape that came with the 90m or the 1 month membership instead of the fire i cannot make vids or anything i run on ubuntu its not compatible i can take a pic but not of the full chat

 

They won't do ANYTHING for you until you have sent them proof that you are who you say you are.

If all they want is picture ID, why not scan your photo ID, and block out some of the information (for example, if if your address is 1234 Street, black out the 2 and the 3 in paint, to make it 1**4 Street).

If what Usfineangie said is true, then they just want to verify you're not using someone else's Paypal.
