on their website, it says anything banned, we give same plus an additional 2mil on the account. if you get proof they will get you the same thing back, with 2m extra.
so stfu no life kids that just want their account back "NOW".
learn some patients and respect them for what they do.

My friends account password was never E-Mailed to him and the customer support refused to believe him and refused to change the password back.

i found gold4rs very good in there service. i bought an account from then and then purchsed some gold for pking and yea it was very quick and good service all round.

Well I'll tell you why I think gold4rs is a scam site. I bought a account for 300$ about a year ago named 1337_anc13nt. It was 94 mage 96 range, I trained it to 99 range and mage, and the account was taken back from me. I tried getting a refund, Seriously talked to them for atleast 1-2 hours a day for a week. They Seriously didn't give a fuck. Customer service is lousy, I don't give a shit how they talk, I understand that it's there second language. But they provide extremely poor customer service, and service itself.

 

Well im not going to say your wrong or right.
But i will say that no company is 100% perfect.
And that was however a year ago.
The simple fact that they're on sythe shows that they are expanding Thus they may have became "better" since YOU last used them.
But i honestly think that 60% of these noobs who says they got their accounts stolen. are just Saying that when its not true in hopes of getting a FREE account.

 

Good luck, they'll buy it for shit prices and sell it overpriced.

They actually do not refund you, i got banned for weeks and i didn't get refunded, they even accepted that it was their fault and told me to go read the terms and conditions more carefully. look here is what they say: "If you got banned during the transaction, you will get a new same account as compensation. But if your account got close-to-full black marks before the transaction and then you break the RS rules in game, or you got banned a long time after the transaction, we will not be responsible for that."

you only get refunded if your account gets a perm ban, and for RWTing you only get like 2 blk marks lol, and they also say that if you account is close to a perm ban then they will not refund you so therefore right there it makes it impossible to get refunded and then also, they will only refund if you relived the ban during their service not after. My ban on my account came through a day after my order was finished, and they refused to even compensate me even though they admitted it was their fault.



Anyway, good luck with getting your compensation when you get banned.....
