Gold4Fun -Review- No GO!

Okay, so i've been seeing people complaining about getting scammed by them, so curiously I go there and request Powerleveling for Strength. It was costing me $18.00. I give them some random account of mine, and within an hour I get an email saying they are unavailable to do this, I'd post a picture of the E-mail, but it's my School E-mail address, anyways they suggested that they would instead give me 15m GP... I filed a chargeback... & received my money today.

SO MY CONCLUSION,

I wouldn't trust them, Syther members are way more trustworthy and reliable, good thing I knew what I was getting into.

 

thought this was a given, they've been known scammers for months now.

 

I would like to talk to someone who HASN'T gotten scammed by them. It's because of bitches that they end up scamming. Someone sells them an acc, then they recover and they lose money. They make up for it by scamming other people.

I don't think they want to scam, they just need to in order to stay "alive".

 

We knew this already, anyone with a brain knows to buy/sell RS related content from Sythe and not GOLD4SCAM.

 

If we had to scam ppl in order to stay "alive", we would have been out of business in the first few months back in 2005.

We've been thriving all the time with 300-600 sales received everyday. But it's sad that most people with good experience have always been quiet.

Regarding buying and selling account, we do have a 1-5% of unreliable sellers, for these people, we Chargeback them, blacklist them, and we report them to publisher, so this is kinda no-one-benefits policy. For buyers, we compensate them, of course.

With a turnover of 2 billion gold, 50 accounts, and hundreds of items and powerleveling each day, don't you think it makes NO sense to "scam" customers? We say it's preposterous.

If we were to scam, we would do nothing after realizing your Powerleveling service was unavailable atm.

I wouldn't consider it 'scamming', but more of rigged services.

Clever chinese people, they know powerleveling services aren't as easy cash as selling gold. So they put it up for sho', when people purchase it, they say "Oh no, we cannot do that lololol." and give you a miniscule amount of GP for compensation.

 

It's not "miniscule amount", ppl who are asked to take gold instead of his original purchase will get the equivalent value of gold at the current price.

And it's not "rigged services", oppositely, if there's a chance we would make every purchase as simple as possible. A powerleveling service sometimes become unavailable for many reasons, It might be because the complexity of Powerleveling services, it involves too many other factors that make the algorithm of the feature become very complicated, such as different prices and different requirements in different levels, sometimes a certain amount of gold is needed but sometimes it's not. Or it might be because we're too busy with backlog of orders so that we had to cancel it.

 

Lol gold4fun dont even get me started- one time i ordered some skill training and they werent going 2 start 4 ages so i asked 4 a refund they said no, i then opended a dispute 4 the chargeback and they said

so i let them keep going and they took 40m off my account and then offered me 18m in compensation for a $100 order also adding in that they got my account reset from 1750 total to 500

 

I really dont understand why someone would have a sythe account then buy off them..

 

was before i had my sythe account and since i made it i have never even looked at a gold selling website

 

Sythe > Gold4Fun

you just gotta find legit trustworthy skillers/ questers/ gold sellers so you won't get scammed. + rsgp is much cheaper here

 

I was once scammed 100 dollars by gold4fun, and they also levelled my pures defence to 20 when I didn't ask them to.. definitely never using them again..

 

@Javen, gold4fun needs to justify themselves on this forum. Now you said 3-5% sellers scam, but can you give us a estimate how many % does gold4fun employees scam/fraud? And also what do you do to those employees that scam from your customer?

I sold two accounts to Gold4Fun and made 60 bucks total. It is about 3 months later and they haven't chargebacked. Like someone else said "it matters which Asian you get"

 

Then why put up powerleveling services you think you can't do? Why not give requirements prior service instead of letting the poor victim pay and then say "Oh we cannot do that lol, here, take these GP at $1.00/m."

 

Then why wont you refund the 18 bucks. Refunding 15m? rofl

 

I just notice they are change from gold4rs to gold4fun

 

id like to know what options there are as far as filing a class action against this company
