Question about PA?

Hi, I signed up for PA about 2 weeks ago.
I'm wanting to buy some rsgp from there.
I was wondering if it is safe?
Do I get the delivery when it says? (I'll be using PP)
How do I know when I get the rsgp?
Is there anyway that I'll get scammed if I chose a random seller with a good price? Or is it safer just to buy rsgp from trusted sellers on here using PA?

There is chances if u find a random seller,but not got scammed, u simply waste time tho. they will refund u moeny if seller can't provide delivery proof. I would suggest you buy gold from trusted members here oh pa. like storm234. kmjt, wisdomboy, a lot of guys. gl buying.
