I have been attempting to contact him in order to work out something like a partial refund, or anything, in order to make this right so that I can get my account back, but he has not replied to my texts or my contact requests on Skype.

I'm wondering what I should do at this point, considering I didn't scam him, and am willing to make this right however necessary, but am limited without his reciprocation of communication.

Please update me with whatever I'm to do, as I would very much enjoy being able to continue as a part of the community.

If you cannot get in touch with him, the payment will go to the community repayment.

Please create a new pardon showing proof of attempting to contact your victim, and explaining your situation.
