selling Tera or Aion currency to gold farmers

Hi all, as the title says. I would like to know if there is a way to sell lets say my Tera online gold to some gold farmers without like posting my gold somewhere and prey someone will buy it. And how safe that would be is the ban guaranteed if i do that?
Iam a complete newby to this and my biggest concern is that when i spend days and says farming and then post my gold on sites like playerauctions for people to buy that actually no one will buy it and my effort will go to waste.
I would appreciate any advice on what should i do, maybe change to some game people actually would buy what i would sell on playerauctions? Any help is appreciated, ty.
